Competitive Summer Program Brings Undergraduates to Monterey to Study Nonproliferation

Twelve undergraduates are selected each summer for on-the-job training with the experts at the largest nongovernmental organization in the world devoted to curbing the spread of weapons of mass destruction: the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.
